These terms apply to the NotFoundGames website and the staff panel at admin.notfoundgames.online (the "Service"). Playing VIBE PARADISE on Roblox is also covered by the Roblox Terms of Use.
#Who can use the panel
The panel is for NotFoundGames staff only. Access is given by the studio owner to specific Roblox accounts and can be removed at any time. You must sign in with your own Roblox account and must not share your session with anyone.
#Staff conduct
- Use moderation tools (bans, kicks, mutes) fairly and only in line with the Roblox Community Standards.
- Do not use the panel to harass players, give yourself or others unfair advantages, or collect players' personal information.
- Do not try to get around access controls, rate limits or security measures.
- All actions are recorded in an audit log.
#Purchases
All in-game purchases are made with Robux through Roblox Developer Products. We do not sell anything outside Roblox. Refund questions follow Roblox's own policies.
#Availability
The Service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or shut it down at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
#Liability
To the extent the law allows, NotFoundGames is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Service.
#Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
